I've had an email last night and a text this morning saying they haven't received my monthly payment (I.e I'm overdue!)
In a bit of a panic last night I logged in and paid for the few bits I ordered at the end November and it seems they have also charged for my next unlimited sub around the same time (normal in late Nov) but that is also not 'overdue' yet.
I haven't even received a statement for these items or the unlimited sub yet - it would usually be due at the end of Dec. I've checked and double checked that there isn't anything outstanding from previous months. I've not received any statements since September which was for the stuff bought for holiday in August.
Are Next systems just having a moment - perhaps its supposed to be my VIP text and they've got mixed up!?
