High maintenance things to be more low maintenance

Hi,
After a difficult couple of years where looking after myself hasn't been a priority I really want to make more of an effort and look more put together going into the new year. I've already sorted out my diet and starting exercising regularly for the last few months.
Realistically I'd struggle to put more time in to myself on a daily basis, I have horses & dogs so mornings before work are a race against time but I'm looking for things that I could do monthly or 6/8 weekly that would help me look more put together day to day without needing the extra time (if that makes sense?)
Although if you have anything quick day to day that would make a big difference I'd definitely be open to trying!
I'm 28 & work outside with animals in all weathers. Currently I do basically nothing - my hair is always tied up, I don't wear makeup and barely have a skin care routine .
Thank you!

Not really what you are asking but I found that by having permanent makeup for eyebrows and eyeliner, that makes a huge difference and I don’t need to do much day to day make up wise.
