I need a beautiful laptop sleeve please

Having quit my horrid job of 20+ years, I’m about to strike out on my own and have bought myself a shiny new laptop. (N.B. the kids won’t even know it exists 😂).

I need a sleeve to store it in, nothing bulky, but a small carrying handle would be useful. Preferably no something made out of wetsuit neoprene type stuff.

Any recos please? There are so many google results and I know mn often find lovely things.

I have a fabric one from Elizabeth Scarlett, it’s fab but doesn’t have a handle.

Also congratulations on quitting and setting out on your own!!!

Is there a budget? Aspinalls have a nice one (leather) @£200. I like the marmalade one.Bill Amberg and the usual luggage firms eg Vuitton, Mulberry and others will have something reassuringly expensive. What size? Do you need storage for eg pens? A handle? Leather or fabric?

Ooh blimey £200! I was thinking up to £30. Oops. I don’t think it needs to hold anything else, I think I’ll always have a larger bag to carry it in along with the rest of my stuff. Perhaps I should have asked for cheap & cheerful, but just not a wet suit style. It’s a 13.5” screen size.

Some kind of fabric/quilted one then. Prob eBay to start with. I loved stuff like this and in another life I bought it. Problem was paying the money back and finding the item sat in a drawer.
