Someone said to me the other day

It is always the DV victims having to explain themselves and never the abuser

Gosh it really hit me hard !!!

All the time I was having to explain myself
Why I stayed with him
Why I tried to help him

Why did I not call the police etc

He never had to explain himself
He got off Scot free

That women saw and heard the teenager crying for help as she was frogmarched by the Afghan rapists to a place where they attacked her and the women ignored her and carried on walking not even being bothered to call the police.

After the attack a man came to her aid and hit her to the police station.

How have we got to the state where people don’t want to help most likely because of fears of being called racist?

we all know in crowd situations that if one person stands up to evil dooers then others will join in to try and stop the evil.

Yes that’s so shocking. I can say hand on heart that I would have intervened. I am not afraid and I always get involved if any stranger is in trouble. My son gets upset with me because I take risks. But it’s my nature.
we need to respond to people in need and make the world safer.

When a friend was ranting at how shit MasterChef is now without Greg,as he's hilarious. Those women who complained are snowflakes blah blah( this was coming from another woman). Seen her in a different light now 😲
