What is this on my throat?

I've had the feeling of a lump in my throat for several weeks plus burning chest pains. My throat has white goo at the back. Is it just mucus or thrush?

Have I grossed everyone out? 😥

It could be acid reflux but if your worried I’d go to the doc

If the burning chest pains are central, I'd also consider acid reflux. Do you feel worse after eating or drinking?

Sounds like acid reflex, with or without post nasal drip

I'm not sure. It gets worse as the day goes on. Also had dried blood in both nostrils and blocked muffled ears.
