The bridge of my nose hurts - glasses to blame?

It feels bruised, like I've banged it. The only thing I can think of is it's my glasses but I don't know why now, they're not new or anything. I'll go into the opticians tomorrow. Has this happened to anyone? i don't know what to do, I need to wear them but my nose is so sore 🙁

I'm guessing you did bang it with your glasses on and don't remember.
I've done it getting out of the car.

My new glasses were heavier so really pinched my nose, and ears. Ive had them adjusted a couple of times by the opticians, but not successful. So bought some silicon bits. That is helping a lot more.
