When did I stop becoming fun?

What happened to me?
I used to be so full of life and laugh and have a blast.

Now I am haggered, quick to get annoyed and I just don’t have ’fun’ anymore.
I can’t pinpoint what caused the shift. And how to go back to ’original’ me.

In my mid-30s, FT employed, married and one DS, in case it’s relevant.

Has anyone gone through something like this? How did you get back to your fun self again?

Sometimes I think you lose a sense of yourself when you’re juggling lots of demands on your time. What brings you joy? Or used to? Can you prioritise once a week or month something that does? whether it’s a walk in the fresh air, an early night to read a new book, a bath just to listen to a new music, a comedy night with friends, etc. it’s hard when you have young kids but make time.
The five ways to wellbeing is very apt, fresh air, good food, community connection, etc.

Thank you both!
I agree, the world seems to be in a downshift at the moment. It’s definitely not a fun place!

I guess my fun was things like sports or gym or being with friends or cooking but it feels impossible to add it into my schedule. But also I had zest and life. Now, I’m just a miserable guy ha.
