Hematoma childs leg

Ds9 has a hematoma on shin bone, I'm right in saying he cant play football with it? Been there over a week- bruised in playground.

can he walk/run without limping? then he can play. what does he want to do?

Hes fine, running etc as normal. Can't put shin pads on though
