Can anyone advise me on this issue? I have been trying to download an invoice for a fridge that purchased from Amazon last week. In order to have my old fridge taken away I need to provide the invoice to the collection company. I tried to download it yesterday but despite clicking on the 'download invoice' button repeatedly,it would not cooperate. I later discovered that you cannot download an invoice until the item is dispatched (probably won't be until Tuesday this week,item being delivered Wednesday). So to test this explanation,I tried to download invoices for previous Amazon items that had been dispatched and delivered. Still no joy! Anyone else had this issue and if so,how did you resolve it? I'm anxious to get this sorted as I cannot get rid of my old fridge and install the new one without the invoice!
