Photo to video recommendations?

Can anyone recommend a legit website or app that can turn a static photo into a video? My mum was orphaned when she was very young but has some lovely photos of her parents. They've been gone nearly 50 years.

I'd love to be able to do this for her with one or two of her old photos but I know some of them are dodgy or an absolute rip off. Has anyone used an app or website themselves for this? Thank you

Yes - Google 'Grok' (it's part of the Elon Musk X empire, if that's an issue for you). When you get to the site, there's a tab on the left that is to 'Imagine' - you can upload a pic there and Grok will either do its own thing, or you can specify what you want the video to do (ie, woman sits, smiles, whatever). Videos are limited to 6 seconds, but there's a way of making longer ones. Let me know if you need assistance!
