Help me get rid of ra ed wine stain on my camel coat

Last night someone spilt red wine on my Hobbs all wool camel coat (I've only worn it a few times). I was at an event, left it on my seat during the interval, while I was gone someone walked by and spilt red wine on the floor and on my coat. I have no idea who it was. I was livid.

I immeadiately doused it in water and again when I got home which has helped, but the stain is there. Any adivce on the next steps please?

I'd try white vinegar and laundry detergent powder and scrub it before leaving it to sit for about half an hour, but I've never tried it on wool. Hope it works out for you
