Thread worm, still wash towels and pants?

I had thread worms 2 weeks ago that I caught from my daughter we’ve both had two doses of ovex
Have we still got to keep sleeping with pants on now and washing towels after every use? I haven’t noticed any worms in either of our poos in about three days.

I'm not 100% sure but I seem to remember something about the 2 week thingy so I expect sleeping with pants on for at least 2 more weeks would be a good plan. Washing towels after every use sounds like hard work so maybe you could relax a wee bit there. Sorrry not an expert. Best if you ask a chemist tomorrow.
