Low level annoying ds9

My ds9 has been unhappy at school. Long story but group of friends split up as 2 butted heads- both parents says other was bullying. 1 left school. Other stayed- he is a TA s child. Now this child is upsetting mine- low level stuff, not really bullying i suppose but little things. Latest is looking through ds test and pointing out the 'easy' things he got wrong- not in a nice way. I want it to stop but its really low level-tripping ds up etc, would i be silly to talk to teacher or his mum?

Definitely talk to the teacher, don't talk to his mum.

If your son is upset, I would step in right now. Don’t leave it. Could be a pattern emerging, and the school need to be aware. I’m not sure how aware kids of 9 yrs are, but the TA’s DS might be feeling bulletproof because of his mother‘s position in the school.

Stick up for your child. School can be a difficult time if you’re not enjoying it.

Talk to the childs mother. if this doesnt work the teacher needs to know.
