Got my nails done, I hate them!

Dd convinced me and dd2 to get my/our nails done.
We had a wonderful mobile nails girl come and do 3 people's nails. She arrived at 1 and left at 7
She is learning but can do tips/gel etc.
So we all got tips they are amazing.
It was £150
But 3 nails have already fallen off dd2. They do have v small nails
I have long natural nails usually so the tips were only as long as my longest nail.
I hate them!! They look awesome but my nails usually look good.
I've booked her to remove and redo but I will obviously need mine removed but I don't want to redo them.
What do I do?

Have them taken off and leave your nails bare. You're lucky to have nice nails naturally - show them off, don't cover them with chemical crap.

But when is it too rude to get them of???
She only did them on sun. It'll be £15 to get them off which is fine.

It's not rude - just say you're giving your nails a break to improve your nail health.

Just go and get them removed at a walk in salon, they are easier and quicker. That cost on them being done though and them falling off?!!! That's insane

Have you contacted her and told her what has happened, she may be using cheap products etc?

That’s a ridiculous price to pay and more than twice the time it should have taken! I’d be contacting her asap to complain and ask for them to be redone (not ideal) or a refund.

You should be telling her what went wrong and she should come and fix it for free.

I mean, that only applies to DD2

But if you don't like them and you want them taken off, just say so.

To be honest, I wouldn't want to pay to have them taken off, but I don't know how they get removed -I bet there's a way for you to do it yourself though

That’s outrageous for time, price and quality. I pay £36 for a 70 min appointment for someone with 5 years experience where there is rarely an issue with the nails. Any issues within the first 3 days rectified for free.

Every part of this situation is madness.

The initial cost.
The time.
The fact that you are now worried about it being rude to not have something attached to your own body that you don’t like.
The £15 removal cost.
And the issue that every other post seems to be about problems with nails.
