There's a party with a class i take this evening. I've been going since Summer, some people have been going years. Mainly women my age and older. I'd like to go and get to know some of them better. Here's the thing, i'm scared of walking in and not having anyone to talk to or sit with, i do know a few people who will be going to chat with before or after class in passing. Ofcourse i'll know the instructors but what if everyone is in groups and i'm just sat like a loner. Part of me wants to say f it and go, you never to get to know people if you don't try but i also dont want to embarrass myself. Will i look desperate? I'm just trying to increase my social circle. Any advice please?
