If you could appear on any TV show what would it be?

I like Alan Carr's Picture Slam and The 1% Club, so probably one of those. If I was an actor I'd love to be in a period drama with all the bustle dresses, hair and make up.

Deal or no deal as you just have to choose the boxes and not tax your brain with questions like other shows. Bonus if you win a decent amount.

(I attended some of Adjoa Andoh’s drama workshops when she was Visiting Professor of Contemporary Theatre at Oxford and she was mightily impressive.)

I like to think I was almost in ‘Happy Valley’ - as I was visiting a friend in Bolton at the time they were filming Tommy’s escape from court.

I’d love to be on Richard Osman’s House of Games but it’s for ‘celebs’ only (many of which I’ve never even heard of!)

It’s a shame they don’t do a version for us civilians.
