So basically ordered something start of November. Tracking has been stuck since then. Emailed inpost and vinted separately and keep getting the messages of "we're trying to find it" same automated shite really
In the end ive done a charge back on my credit card as I need the money to re buy the item (its a christmas present for mt daughter but seen it on amazon so getting it there)
Vinted message today threatening to ban me as the orders completed (its not its still under 'on the way' with no tracking update) due to the chrageback and asked me to cancel it
I've got 4 things on the way and I just want to recieve them really but is there a time frame ? Or will it be the end of the dispute 60 days they'd ban me if I dont cancel it
Happy to not use it after ive received some last bits. The customer service is shocking
