Hi

My son has been given this lovely baking mould from Lakeland...

Please could anyone hazard a guess at how long we'd need to bake the cakes for? I am not a confident baker!

I would guess 15 minutes.

I’d use the fairy cake timing for your recipe. Very oven dependent but approx 18 - 22 mins. Check at 16 mins the first time you use the mould in the oven.

I would say 15 to 20 minutes. The trick is to listen to the cakes. If you can hear the mix bubbling then it’s not done yet.

Cute! I’d find a recipe for cupcakes and base it on what that says.

I was going to use a Mary Berry recipe for fairy cakes. Mary Berry's recipes always work for me!
