Early wake ups, tired 😴

I’m not sure why this is the case and wondering if anyone else is the same.

Let’s say I go to bed at 11, wake at 7, I feel fine.

I go to bed at 9 and wake am woken at 5; I’m tired all day. Why is that when I’m having the same amount of sleep?

Because you are likely sleeping outside of your circadian rhythm with the 9-5 sleep. Sleeping within your circadian rhythm is as important as having the right amount of sleep.
