I bought an item off Vinted which unfortunately was delivered by Yodel. I had notification of the delivery with a photo showing the parcel on a bench next to the bins (despite the fact there is a very large wooden box clearly marked"PLEASE PLACE ALL PARCELS IN HERE " Anyhow, within a short time of receiving the notification and going to retrieve the parcel, as I was home, it's completely vanished into thin air.
I've advised Vinted I haven't received it who said they will contact Yodel. However, if Yodel have a photo of the parcel being delivered to my address, do I have a leg to stand on?
I'm so angry as they didn't even knock on the door.
I've been reading about couriers pretending to deliver parcels but stealing them once they've taken a photo.
Has anyone else had a similar experience?
