I'm going to be doing nature and garden videos. Possibly silent/captions to start with as I hate my voice and am crippled with shyness.

I just can't think of a name. Maybe something Diary. It's got to reflect quietness, gardening and nature.???

I follow a really good gardener on ticktock and he just uses gardening with and then his name. I would also use your name as it will make your "brand" strong and relatable with people.
