What does your 10 yr old dd like?

I’m looking for help please! My niece is coming up to 10 but I don’t live nearby and don’t know her much but I like to send nice gifts rather than cash/voucher. But this year I’m stumped! Her bday is close to Christmas too so it’s a double whammy (but maybe one of the gifts could be a voucher)
I realise all kids are different but I’d be grateful for some pointers please

Are you able to ask her parents what she's into? Honestly, 10 is such a tricky age. DD is 11 and into Lego Friends, squishmallows and stationery. Other kids in her year are into ponies and gymnastics. Others are into skincare, make up and perfume. It's an impossible age to generalise for, so I'd say contact her parents and ask.

My niece is 10, she likes wicked, lego, drawing, hair and make up bits. What about a voucher for a day out? The zoo or similar?
