How do I delete access to a connected Facebook account?

I've got an old connected work account to my Facebook profile and I want to deactivate myself from it. I don’t want to delete the account but I just don’t want admin rights any more.

Does anyone know how to do this, please? Been looking for hours!

They deliberately make is as hard as possible, I ended up following a YouTube guide in the end as the settings you need to go through as quite precise and you need to jump through a lot of hoops. Awful company
