Cheap, gentle eye make up remover

Help please, I’m at a loss. I need a cheap but gentle mascara (not waterproof mascara) remover. I used Olay Daily Facials - dry cloths impregnated with lotion which you wet - for more than 20 years but they’ve been discontinued. I’ve since tried a Nivea gentle cleansing lotion which is ok, but I find cotton wool pads a bit harsh, and Garnier micellear water which does nothing for mascara.

Any suggestions please before I waste any more money?

Boots own Eye Make Up remover is the gentlest and best. It’s the only one that doesn’t irritate my eyes. I’ve used it for years.

Boyoma milk cleanser works for me

Boots everyday sensitive eye make up remover, cheap as chips at £1.65 and doesn’t make your eyes sting while doing the job.

Superdrug B melting cleansing balm. Or another brand of cleansing balm, with washable cloths.

I use coconut oil and reusable cotton pads. I found eye make up remover lotion dried my eyes. Coconut oil removes everything and no dryness at all

I use Simple eye make up remover, it’s just gentle oil.

I use Johnson's baby oil or Simple as recommended below.

Another vote for that boots cheap one. It’s amazing, good for sensitive eyes (I wear contacts and sometimes have dermatitis on my eyes) and great value. Used it for at least 15 years.

I had a make up artist when I got married and she also swore by it.

Thanks everyone! I’m off to the shops today.
