Myprotein delivery issues

Ordered two bags of whey isolate which were both in stock according to the website, Myprotein failed to send both, I’ve emailed a couple of times about new delivery dates, was redirected to ‘my order’ which says ‘processing’ with no delivery date specified. It’s all so bloody frustrating and dishonest particularly as it was in stock with a quick(ish) delivery date. I’ll likely cancel the order soon but wondered is this the norm for this company? Do mumsnetters have any recommendations for protein products with normal delivery times?

I shop from Bulk. They have a sale on and it came so quick, like in 24 hours.

I have a subscription with Myprotein and have never had any issues to be fair.

I’ve been ordering from them for years and never had a problem. I often find delivery is quicker than they state. I tend to opt for the free/cheaper delivery options but often get upgraded (for free) to next day which should cost £5.
