If you were on the podcast Dish what would you want Ange to make you?

I think pasta would obviously be amazing but then maybe with fish or something a bit different. Maybe some shellfish?

Can you have that with margaritas? I love margaritas. But maybe they’d insist on you having a white wine.

For the Quick Fire round:

eggs = dippy (but actually all eggs are excellent)
potatoes = chips (but again I’d never turn down a spud)
pasta shape = I really like the wee bow ties or if being fancy then casarecce
herb = basil

I’d want a lamb dish, maybe Lancashire Hot Pot with roasted carrots on the side.
Pina colada.
Eggs - soft poached.
Potatoes - dauphinoise.
Pasta shape - no preference as it all tastes the same.
Herb - fresh coriander.

Love lamb, @PersephoneParlormaid! Good choice! Ange is very anti-coriander which is a shame because I love it too.

I was really surprised when they had Dara Ó Briain on she bought in the rice. I always think chefs can do anything.

What would you have as your Sunday roast? I think I love crackling so much it would be pork.

Lamb again, sorry, but it’s got to be mint jelly, not mint sauce.
