I am on the look out for a new pair, my Just Sheepskin ones have worn out at the back as they always do so I must replace them, I only like hard sole and prefer mules and because I wfh they must be warm and comfy.
Can anyone help please?

Ugg boots. I’ve worn them for years before they became a thing.

TeaAndStrumpets · 25/11/2025 09:32

Celtic. They last forever.

qqwwkkssvvg · 25/11/2025 09:32

Ugg Tasman. They’re as comfortable today as they were 2 years ago and I wear them every day. They don’t look as new unfortunately lol.

Haflinger Grizzly

JudgeBread · 25/11/2025 09:39

Celtic & Co. I had Ugg mules but much prefer Celtic, they'll last you a lifetime.

NoEffingWay · 25/11/2025 09:40

I have a pair of Rab slippers but they are not pretty. I like my moshulu’s too but they are a touch old lady!

LadyDanburysHat · 25/11/2025 10:07

Costco sheepskin slippers. They last me a good couple of years before they start looking a bit worn. And they are only £20

KarateSchnitzel · 25/11/2025 10:19

Ugg. They are more expensive but totally worth it. Mine are three years old and still in decent condition. So comfy and warm.

Mikart · 25/11/2025 10:22

Celtic. On my 3rd pair in 10 years

SwallowsandAmazonians · 25/11/2025 10:23

The UGG moccasins

I need arch support. M&S do a secret support faux fur lined mule. The arch suppprt only lasts a season but at £20 they can go in the bin. They arr cosy and comfy. For warmer months I have Siebel's Betsy clog which is indestructible.

Have thought about birkie shearlings but £170 on slippers makes me wince but they'd probably last for ten years so on a cpw basis would be cheaper.

AphroditesSeashell · 25/11/2025 10:30

I wear Crocs as my slippers. You can get the fleece-lined ones that would tick your 'warm' requirement. Super comfy and very functional, for me. Last years.
I'm forever popping in and out to the bins, to the car, to the garden with the dog etc so it suits me to have a 'slipper' that I can wear outdoors as well as in, that won't get soggy or stained.

If you are a shoes-off household, the dual-use functionality may be useless to you.

InvisibleSuperKale · 25/11/2025 10:31

Glerups, hands down best slippers I ever bought. Expensive though.

Kizmet1 · 25/11/2025 10:33

My beloved Birkenstock 'Zermatt' slippers. I've had them such a long time and they're so comfortable! I've never tried the shearling version which I'm sure are even cosier, I just have the regular ones, but I love them!

muddyford · 25/11/2025 11:40

Sheepskin ones from a place in Glastonbury. Morland's, I think.

snoopyfanaccountant · 18/12/2025 21:56

North Face Thermoball.

GETTINGLIKEMYMOTHER · 18/12/2025 21:59

Not actual slippers, but my sheepskin house boots from Celtic - made in Cornwall, not China. I live in them in winter, and they’re machine washable. They can be worn out of doors, too, but the soles are not as robust as for Celtic’s outdoor boots.

ThePerfectWeekend · 18/12/2025 22:03

For value for money you can't beat the shearling ones in Costco. There's several designs at a quarter of the price (£20) I paid for my Ugg slippers.

UnimaginableWindBird · 18/12/2025 22:03

Celtic and Co, but my current pair are on their last legs, so in think I might switch to Glerups next.

blizymitzy · 18/12/2025 22:04

ugg here too
3 years old and still awesome

@LadyDanburysHat I second this, best slippers I’ve ever had!

Wallaroo21 · 18/12/2025 22:06

I have the regatta Ugg dupes and love them! Very cosy, can wear outside and a reasonable price
