Tile or airtag?

Wondered if anyone with more tech understanding than me can help. Im trying to work out if apple airtags or life360 tiles are the best solution for what im looking for. Young adult travelling through Aisa for a few months. Has iphone but also life 360 installed. They're keen to get something that will help them keep an eye on luggage and valuables while they're away. As family we don't all have iphones so not sure if tiles are better as then someone else could also see where things are if their iPhone is lost? Thanks

My elderly father has a Tile 360 that he leaves in his car so he remembers where he’s parked it! It shows up on Life 360 and all tge family who are logged in to Life 360 can see its location. There are 4 family members on the app, three with Samsungs and one with an iPhone. It’s easy for him because already was using Life360 and didn’t need to install another app.

Thanks, that's what im wondering... maybe tiles are better so we can all see we're the stuff is!

Apple is far better. More reliable.

I use AirTags and find them so helpful for tracking luggage through airports etc.

I hate tile. It works half the time max and i feel i am always changing the batteries

I think we're using some sort of android version. Works well.
