Where have you got good sheets from recently

DH has torn through a fitted sheet and I need to get another set, I have several others that are at the end of their life.
Last time I got Hotel 1000tc from frazers and they don’t do them anymore.
Happy to spend £150 minimum for a double set of sheets.

Rise and Fall crisp and cool, because I like percale and most places only do sateen now.

IsntItDarkOut · 22/11/2025 14:08

I also don’t like sateen, we have one set I don’t mind in the depths of winter. I’ll look thanks

M&S

TartanMammy · 22/11/2025 15:14

M&S are the only ones I've found that fit our deep mattress without pinging off and don't bobble.

IsntItDarkOut · 22/11/2025 16:05

I am leaning towards M&S for ease now

Absolutely adore Hampton and Astley for sheets

Oh FFS, men and their bloody sandpaper feet! My DH is the same. I keep a look out on Brand Ally for 1,000 thread count fitted sheets. I even found 1,200 thread count once, which lasted ages before he shredded it down to nothing with his heels. I've just bought a 500 tc one from Dorma which was £90 so if this one fails, then he's buying the next one.

I've suggested he wear socks, but apparently they are uncomfortable Hmm

IsntItDarkOut · 22/11/2025 16:33

Same @thenightskyi also hardly move when I sleep. My sheets would last for decades…. Found a fitted white sheet on Brand Ally so can add it to that set he’s ruined.

Flexitol Rescue Heel Balm is a damn sight cheaper than a new sheet and works a treat if you take the angle grinder to the heels first. Needs to be applied daily. Ask him which he'd rather pay for and wouldn't he like lovely soft heels that won't crack or catch on those pesky, uncomfortable Confused, socks.

eBay. Lovely pre-owned premium bedding for a fraction of the original price. I buy all of our bedding second hand now.

Dorma

300+ count. As many threads + as you can afford. Try Sheridan, which wash really well too.

BoomBoomBoomShakeTheRoom · 22/11/2025 17:11

I’ve got fitted sheets from Rise and Fall. They are phenomenal. And then everything else from marks and Spencer’s Fired Earth ‘washed cotton’ range.

Ireallywantadoughnut36 · 23/11/2025 20:14

I run holiday lets and use Dusk or White Company, they feel nice, wash well and do deep fitted versions for thick mattresses. None of them have ever been ripped either. I've also heard Rise and Fall and Piglet in Bed are good but haven't tried them.

MustTryHarderAndHarder · 23/11/2025 20:23

I love the m&s fitted sheets.

Yes, I found this too and my mattress isn't that deep.

Margaret Dabbs foot file and some L’Occitane foot cream will get rid of the nasty feet. My husbands heels are like concrete 🤢

The above really work

M&S Egyptian cotton sheets are reasonably priced and pretty durable 👍🏻

Terfarina · 23/11/2025 20:34

Another vote for rise and fall. I don’t normally go for fitted sheets but theirs are perfect

Secret Linen Store. Gorgeous and still like new after 2 years.

LividArse · 23/11/2025 20:38

I have one of these off Amazon, 1000TC and under £30 this week.

Bloody love it.

Dunelm. Their sheets are beautiful (and the whole bed set). They cost about £120 for the lot. I've got 3 sets of the same one. They don't ping off my pretty wide mattress either!
