Has anyone ever tried these and had any success with them? I get so incredibly bloated, I’m shattered all the time and have put on weight on my lower belly. Other issues too. The reviews for these are amazing but they are pricy which is putting me off.

If you’re in perimenopause or post menopause you can get effective relief from symptoms and long term health benefits from HRT on the NHS. I don’t know why anyone would pay for herbal, unproven remedies.

I’m asking for folks specifically who have actually tried it and what their experiences are. But thanks
