My child left her switch on the train so has lost all her games
She had Just Dance, Minecraft, Mario Kart and Animal Crossing

She especially loved Animal Crossing

Where is the best place to get these again at a good price?

I would say Smyth's at the moment as they have the black Friday deal on until Sunday.

Smyths offer excludes video games (I found that out because I was going to use it for that). I’d just google the titles individually and see if any shops are having a special offer, eg I just got the new EA sports for £25 instead of £40+ on Amazon. Or you could try Vinted - there are lots of second hand switch games on there.

Are the games physical or virtual? If virtual, she just needs to relog into her Nintendo account to redownload the games.
