Flowers for nursery staff?

Hi all,
Bit of a scary one for us today - our two year old choked at nursery on some food. He put too much in whilst already chewing and it happened (he's never choked before). The nursery staff jumped straight in and performed first aid and managed to dislodge the food however it was really quite upsetting (understandably) for our child. He's absolutely fine now - the nursery staff have been fantastic.
We are so thankful to the staff member that performed the procedure on him, I can't let myself think about what could've happened. Me and DH are chatting and we're wondering would it be appropriate to get some flowers dropped off to the nursery tomorrow as a thank you to her? We know it's her job but we are so thankful for her. Our child doesn't go in tomorrow which is why we're discussing flower delivery.

Please let me know if you think this would be nice or not? Thank you!

I'm sure they'd really appreciate that. So glad your LO is ok

I think it’s a lovely gesture.
So glad your little boy is ok.

Sounds lovely, it will have been a really shocking and upsetting incident for the nursery staff too!

That sounds lovely, and I’m sure would be much appreciated.
The staff acted quickly, yes it’s their job, but would have been traumatic.
Hope you are all ok too x

Lovely idea OP. Must have been very scary Flowers

That is so kind and thoughtful. Please do if you can afford to. Or a bar of chocolate and a thank you card next time you’re in will go a long way for a few pounds. They will probably be worried themselves.
