I am thinking about investing in pots and pans. Which ones will last a lifetime?

I was thinking of buying myself a le creuset cast iron pan to start with

But I would like pots and pans that will last forever. Like 25+ years

Currently ive spent £300 on scoville for everyday use and want to start my collection one by one

Any advice is welcome xx

Stellar. I only replaced mine last year as they weren’t induction compatible, but they were 30 years old and still perfect

I have my grandmother's complete set of Lecruset and I'm 60 so they must be v old and they are still in pristine condition and look new

The Le Creuset steel ‘ordinary’ pans are also excellent.

I gave my LeCruset set away to my son. Had wanted a full set for years and treated myself to a box with 3 or 4 pans in it - 1 small and 1 larger frying pan and a large casseroled pan.
The handle fell of the small frying pan after about 6 months and was replaced by J.Lewis but couldn't get on with others except for the casserole so gave them away and bought cheaper ones which I use when needed.
Very rarely use pans these days as I use Electric Pressure cooker and Slow cooker and a Tefal frying pan I have had for years.

I think.probably LeCruset, my dm's are still going. I've never been able to afford them and actually I hate how heavy they are too.

All I can think of is the hysterically funny podcast 'My Dad wrote a Porno' and the main character- Belinda Blumenthal as she's the 'Worldwide Sales Director at Steeles Pots and Pans.'
