Red Hair Dye

I'm growing out my blonde to my natural mousey brown and am thinking about a semi permanent copper/red box hair dye for Christmas. I know the growing out bits will be brighter + that's fine.

What hair dyes have you had good / bad experiences with please? Specifically red / copper coloured ones?

I'm currently using the Oleo Intense 5-77 and I've never got so many compliments. It's a lovely shade.

I’ve been using this - L’Oreal Casting Crème shade 734 Amber Honey for years. Easy to use, not messy, conditioner is great.

Thanks ladies! Think I might try the toner to start with + if I like it I'll give the L'Oreal one a go. Not ready to go permanent quite yet!

I did like my red hair but then I got bored and wanted to go back dark brown. Can I get rid of the red tinge? Nope and it drives me mad🤣 But anyway, I used casting crème gloss, it was lovely
