No result. The site crashed for me, boohoo.
I loved putting myself down as "thrill seeker" anyway
Garmin says I'm bio' 7 yrs < chron. age.

dizzydizzydizzy · 02/05/2026 10:11

9 years younger than my actual age. Life expectancy 91. However, my scales tell me that I am actually 6 years older! Not sure whether to believe this website or my scales. 🤔🤷‍♀️

Malinia · 02/05/2026 10:15
  1. I'm 51. Life expectancy of 98!
BillieWiper · 02/05/2026 10:50

I couldn't answer it because my dad died at 55 but my mum is alive and well at 87. Also I smoke ten cigs a day and they didn't have an option for that. Also idk any of those medical measures and numbers.

youalright · 02/05/2026 10:55

Real age 38 bio age 49.7 life expectancy 76 🤣🤣 am I the only one who got older

Waitingfordoggo · 02/05/2026 10:56

It gave me an age about 15 years lower than my actual age.

No questions about alcohol seems daft as that will be a big factor for some people. And some of the answers just didn’t cover my reality. Eg the question about longevity for other family members. My grandparents lived to 80+ but my parents died in their 60s and there was no way to answer like that.

Placestogo · 02/05/2026 10:57

that was fun! Im 49 and life expenctancy of 89.7. Bio age is 40!
no option for WLI

MrsLFii · 02/05/2026 10:58

A bit hard to answer in places, some with no actual relevant answers etc but I got 18.5 for my biological age… I’m 32 😂

daisychain01 · 02/05/2026 11:19

I refuse to give any personal data to websites, you lose control.

I'll live as long as i live, who cares, I certainly don't need to know.

loosethepounds · 02/05/2026 11:26

Real age 65 biological age 47.6.
Life expectancy 101.7.
DH is 67 biological age 57.9
Life expectancy 92.3

SpringPuppie · 02/05/2026 11:36

bio age 33 real age 44.

Hallywally · 02/05/2026 11:36

The first question put me off as I couldn’t find the correct answer for the age at which parents/grandparents died and gave up.

Gonnagetgoingreturnsagain · 02/05/2026 11:39

39.2 I’m 54. I’ll take that

Gonnagetgoingreturnsagain · 02/05/2026 11:39

Oh didn’t see life expectancy but judging by grandparents it’ll be 90

xrayted · 02/05/2026 11:48

Bio age 16 years younger and life expectancy 99! The questions were very unscientific but I can’t resist a quiz - living to 99 is one of my worst nightmares Confused

Tel12 · 02/05/2026 11:53

Life expectancy 103!!!

TheBlueKoala · 02/05/2026 11:55

I am 59. I knew I would have a lower biological age as I have always been fit and healthy and so have my family. Grandparents and parents were/are very healthy. We are outdoors every day with horses and dogs and attribute good health to being outdoors and active. None of us have ever been overweight ans we are all vegetarians. No cancer in our family.

My mum died at 57 years old. Very healthy, intelligent and active. No stress, no smoking or drinking. Regular exercise. Early dementia which we have none of in the family and it's not genetic. I thought she would live to 100.
My dad has always worked nights, drinks and smokes a packet a day. He's still alive at 82.
So we can all plan but God laughs.

imnotwhoyouthinkiam · 02/05/2026 12:00

No idea, like PPs too many of the questions were nonsense. My Grandparents died at 72, 73, 90 and still alive at 91.
My parents are still alive.

I have no idea what my cholesterol level is. I take medication daily, but without knowing what I take and why then that's nonsense.

catipuss · 02/05/2026 12:08

What were you meant to do with the blood pressure? Under 160, surely that's pretty much everyone and over 280... No way to put in the other half that I could see, or does the one answer cover both?

AreThereSomewhereIslands · 02/05/2026 14:07

Real age 63, biological age 57.5. This has made my day! Grin

FettchYeSandbagges · 02/05/2026 14:13

I gave up. The first question is gender. That throws the entire questionnaire into doubt. It doesn't matter what gender you identify as, it is your biological sex which is needed for medical matters.

There were a bunch of questions I couldn't answer anyway, I don't know what my cholesterol level is, for instance.

CrapGardener · 02/05/2026 14:21

Current age 31
Biological age 38
Life expectancy 79
