Batch cooking for Xmas

I’m looking for some good freezable meals for Xmas for vegetarians and meat eaters

Do you mean particularly special ones? Or just ideas for batch cooking?

Traditionally we always have fish pie on Christmas Eve, so I make a big batch of the fish pie base, some to eat now and some to freeze for Christmas Eve.
Boeuf bourguinon always goes down well here, and I make a vegetarian (actually vegan) version using chestnuts instead of beef.
My usual batch cooking includes beef stew, chicken curry, vegetable curry, spaghetti bolonese, pork goulash, cassoulet and savoury pork mince with vegetables.
