I was aware of a big update months ago, but that didn’t affect anything. Then about a month ago I started having problems with the app as well as website. There’s a few mentions of it on Reddit but not much else online. Nothing I do has sorted it and the IT people at Asda don’t seem to have a clue either. Has anyone else had this? I’m annoyed as I’ve paid for the annual delivery pass but been unable to get any use out of it.
