Help me remember this 70s TV show

it was on on Sunday teatime I’m fairly sure. It was a sort of variety programme but there’s one bit that sticks firmly in my mind. It was outside in the garden and the man had performing budgies who walked on a low washing line and on swings and did tricks.
I think one of the other regular performers was a clown.

Any ideas?!

ABowlOfPorridge thank you. I’m not absolutely sure this is it, though I think Charlie Carroll was the clown. The title of the show doesn’t ring any bells either. I wonder if there was a spin off/similar show

Possibly but it did feature Norman Barrett who had the performing budgies and watching some outtakes of it on Youtube it was filmed outside. It features some other performers too so there may have been more than one clown at times.
