Lost purse—ahhh

Just back from night out and lost my purse somewhere along the line with all my cards in, driving license, plus a nice lipstick.
I have cancelled my credit card and frozen my debit card in the off chance that I may have left my purse at home. ( I did not)
I will cancel my debit card but does anyone know if I can still use Apple Pay?
Google says mixed things so I am a bit confused.
I won’t have any access to any money till my new card arrives then.
Likewise is it really is £20 to get a new driving license…?? I can’t apply for it till my new card arrives if Apple Pay does not work…
Could have been worse I suppose but it is mildly frustrating and tedious.

Not sure, but you could go into a bank with id and get cash. Re the license, I think if you are stopped you have 7 days to present it, so your card should have arrived by then, and if you drive sensibly it won't be an issue. How annoying for you. If you bank with natwest I know they can send you a code for getting cash out of a cashpoint, DP has done this.
