There's a local youth organization that's repeatedly recommended to me a parent of children with SEND. I'm checking it out on FB and they're advertising for a "gender identity practitioner"? I have no idea what that would even entail but I thought it was no longer allowed to tell children they were the wrong "gender"?

Where does it say that it’s a job requirement to inform children they are the wrong gender?

I imagine it would be a role in which you support those who may have questions about genders and any concerns/feelings they have
