Has anyone else had a complete nightmare with Dusk.com?
I ordered a bed on 19th October and selected a delivery date of the 24th. Nothing arrived. Emailed (there is no telephone number on the website). After 4 days I was invited to rebook delivery. I did that (delivery was supposed to be today) and nothing. Emailed again and no reply.
I checked the order status and it still says processing.
I finally found a customer service number and apparently no delivery was ever arranged.
Needless to say I have cancelled the order.
I am now left with guests arriving at the weekend and no bed for them to sleep in.
