Waitrose Christmas Ad

After the shite that John Lewis churned out for their advert I wasn't expecting much from Waitrose. However, watched it this morning and it's great.
John Lewis should take note and if they insist on not doing ones of old then one more like the Waitrose one would be much better.

Had to look it up. Love it! Kiera Knightly is gorgeous!

I know, I am not normally a Keira fan (her acting) but in this I think she's great and what's not to like about Joe W!

Top marks for Christmasiness, Keira looking gorgeous, lovely coats and scarves. I thought the plot was a bit obvious and also slightly confusing- they seem like an established couple in the montage bit then suddenly it's all up in the air- they're making Christmas decorations together but she's never mentioned her brother?

Good delivery on "bit weird".

Just watched it again and liked it a bit better- esp all the jokes that take the toxic dynamic from Love Actually and make it sweet eg "they're all of me".

Also love all Keira's outfits and the fact that she is ageing beautifully and relatively naturally, actual lovely lines on her face.
