My Vinted order arrived today, beauty item, the lid was cracked and a bit smashed off and some of the product had leaked. It was packaged in a thinly padded envelope and tbh could/should have been packaged better. Wwyd? I’ve not had to report issues before and I feel bad as it happened during delivery but equally it could have been packaged better. Usually I would just keep and write fair feedback but I did this the other day and the seller started harassing me. Ideally the item would have been a present for my daughter but I am also happy to keep to use myself even though slightly inconvenient, not massively so.
