I went to London in an electric car. Do I need to do anything?

Never driven to London before but did today. I saw lots of ULEZ signs and I’ve heard about the congestion charge, but do I need to do anything as my car is fully electric?

I’m a country bumpkin and never usually drive in cities, let alone London!

(Proud I did it though - just want to make sure I don’t get a penalty for not registering my car or something!)

Put your registration in to check

You probably still need to pay the congestion charge. TFL have a website where you can enter your registration number and they'll tell you what you need to pay.

ETA - cross post with above.

You don’t need to worry about ULEZ. Did you go into the congestion zone?

Thanks everyone. I didn’t see any congestion zone signs, just ULEZ ones

Where did you go? You should double check, it's easy to do online and PPs have posted the link. If you have gone into the zone and don't declare it and pay up, they will fine you.
