Hello my fellow phobes, I know there’s a few of us here (!)

DS age 4 has been sick. He cosleeps with husband whilst I’m in a different room with baby DD. DS has had a cough last day or so and DH says he coughed prior to incident but obviously my brain is panicking 🥴 Has a fever too.

DH will be on a long day at work tomorrow so it will be me hunkering down with the kids.

Yes I’ve had therapy about ten million times over the last 25 years and no it hasn’t helped. I don’t overly panic in front of DS just do a “oh dear 😬🫠”

Good morning @clinellwipe hope you are ok and got some sleep.

I am here with you. Nobody knows what it's like except fellow emetophobes. How are you doing?

He hasn’t been sick since and requested pasta for breakfast - kids eh?!? He does have a fever and a cough though. Thank you for replying , it’s a crap time of year for us isn’t it!

It is. And the early years with kids are so hard. It gets easier as they get older. Well done for keeping going.
