Any recommendations for a foldaway/easily stored dish drainer to use on a wooden worktop?

We mostly dry and put away anything that doesn't go into the dishwasher immediately, but just wondering if anyone can recommend a drainer (or combination of drainer and mat) that doesn't end up with water trapped underneath?

I’ve got a JosephJoseph three layered sloping one on my Amazon wishlist for about £20. Their products are usually good.
