Can anyone help interpret my urine dip please?

Firstly, I know this is the internet, anyone can reply etc. I fully intend to contact my GP surgery when open tomorrow but it's a Sunday, so in the meantime I was just looking for advice please.

I have UTI symptoms (had them in the past); more frequent urination, pain in lower tummy, constantly feel like I need to wee, pain and discomfort when weeing. However, not in huge amounts of pain and definitely had worse symptoms... although it's early days.

I have done a urine dip at home as I have a load of strips here. They are stored correctly and I have completed the test as per the guidelines and read within the correct time frame. What's thrown me is that when I look online, it suggests I need to be seen quickly as my results may indicate kidney issues! I am sure it's probably just a UTI.

I'll attach a picture. Thank you in advance.

Can anyone help interpret my urine dip please?

Call 111 OP. That’s what it’s there for x

You have a uti by the looks of that. Pharmacy can prescribe trimethoprim, they may refer you to the doctor because of the blood.

I forgot about the pharmacy. I've just had a look, most around here are closed. I phoned one who does the scheme but he said they don't do it today and unlikely any of the pharmacies around here are doing it today either, I'll just have to go to pharmacy/do a GP online consult tomorrow. The last time I had a UTI I did an online consult and they did antibiotics without seeing or speaking to me.

Do you have an Urgent Treatment Centre near you?

Give superdrug online pharmacy a go if you just want antibiotics - they should be able to prescribe nitrofurantoin quite quickly. Vile stuff, but does the trick. If your temperature starts increasing and the pain picks up in the next few hours, I would give 111 a call though.

Hope you get better soon though, UTIs are the pits

I'm sure I do, just not too sure where. The pharmacist I spoke with did suggest I try out of hours (I think it's at the hospital). However I think I'll just wait until tomorrow now. I don't want to be waiting at the hospital for hours with my son. Plus I'm in pain with chronic sinusitis (9 weeks) and generally feel rubbish.
