I’ve reached the end of the line, I can’t cope anymore.
im drowning in debt, all my cards are maxed out. I have nothing and nobody to help me.
I can’t feed myself or my child. I don’t know what to do and I know that posting on a message board isnt the answer but I need help.

Have you asked the dad and your parents for help?
Food bank, Citizens Advice.

It's difficult to advise with the information given but work out what your outgoings are compared to your incoming money and make an appointment with CAB on Monday. In the meantime if you post the area you are in people may be able to give you the names of local charities who may be able to help you.

I take it that you would have already asked family, or friends for help already, if you could OP. Are you still under the care of a health adviser? If so, contact them, and they can help with a food bank voucher, or the surgery that you attend. Or speak to the school, who can help also.

School outreach worker, local church, health visitor, community hub, CAB, council etc can all refer for food and energy vouchers. Stepchange can help you manage debt. Are you under a mh team or have a support worker?

I do have a food bank referral - which is on Wednesday - so need to get through until then.
i am currently on medication - but don’t have a support worker, I’m in north Devon

Look up your local council, they often have welfare funds they can issue. They send a code so you can get it in cash so it doesn't get eaten up by your overdraft.

If you don't have enough to see you through the weekend, post on a local FB group and there will be plenty of people willing to donate a bit of food, or call and ask your local church or mosque for help.

On Monday ask the school for help, they can often refer you to local charities who can help you.
