If you have stone/ quartz (that type of) worktop with built in hob how hard is it to change appliances?

I'm getting a new kitchen, but don’t know what to do about buy in the hob. How different are the sizes?

We have a quartz worktop which originally had an electric hob. We swapped it to a gas hob, it was straightforward. Measure your existing hob and get one the same size.

Same, we had an old ceramic hob in a granite island and swapped it out for induction. Just check the sizes.
