Anyone know companies who can RESTORE and convert tapes video tapes to digital please

As above I've got old VHS and smaller video camera tapes one sound has gone .
Are there places who restore as well ?

I don’t know if they restore but you could try the Bristol company thegreatbear who i have been impressed by so far

I used these, they sorted out a knotted up cassette tape I had perfectly.
